To maintain the natural lustre and texture of your silk, hand wash in cold water using a mild, gentle detergent. If using a washing machine, select a delicate cycle with cold water and place the pillowcase in a mesh laundry bag to protect the fabric.

Avoid bleach or harsh detergents as they can damage the silk fibers.

Do not tumble dry. Always hang dry away from direct sunlight.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, delivery refusal, or multiple failed delivery attempts, we are unable to offer refunds.

Your order will be held for 7 days, and we will reach out via email to coordinate next steps. If we don’t hear back within this timeframe, a store credit will be issued (excluding the original shipping cost).

If you’d like your order reshipped, a new shipping fee will apply.
