IN-STOCK ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

In-stock orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days before shipping.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided it hasn’t been processed or prepared for shipping.
After that, we begin processing and can no longer make changes. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted past the 24-hour window, we appreciate your understanding.

ADDRESS CHANGES

If your shipping label hasn’t been generated yet, we can update your address.
Once your package is in transit, we’re unable to make any changes. Please contact the shipping carrier handling your package directly for assistance.

CANADA SHIPPING

We currently ship within Canada’s 10 provinces. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut. All Canadian orders ship via standard ground service, typically arriving within 1-5 business days after processing depending on your location.

GENERAL SHIPPING POLICIES

Orders over $1,000 USD require a signature upon delivery. Please monitor your tracking to ensure successful delivery.

RETURN TO SENDER POLICY

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, delivery refusal, or failed delivery attempts, we do not offer refunds.

We’ll hold your package for 7 days and reach out via email. If we don’t receive a response within that time, a store credit (minus original shipping costs) will be issued.

If you'd like the item reshipped, you’ll be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

If a shipment is refused or undeliverable, the customer is responsible for:

  • Original shipping cost

  • Any applicable import fees

  • Return shipping costs

MANUFACTURING ISSUES OR WRONG ITEM

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, we’ll make it right with a full refund or replacement.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

We do not offer Route shipping protection. All packages are insured by the carrier for up to $100 in value. This coverage applies in the event of loss or damage during transit. Orders valued above $100 are not fully covered, and Evevior is not responsible for amounts exceeding the carrier’s insurance limit.
