If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, delivery refusal, or multiple failed delivery attempts, we’re unable to offer refunds.

Your order will be held for 7 days, and we’ll reach out via email to coordinate next steps. If we don’t hear back within this timeframe, a store credit will be issued (excluding the original shipping cost).

If you’d like your order reshipped, a new shipping fee will apply.

For any returned or refused shipments, customers are responsible for:

Manufacturing Issues or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a full refund or replacement.

Silk is typically considered hand-wash only; however Evevior silk is the highest grade (6A) at 22 momme, making it significantly thicker, stronger, and more durable.

While we still recommend hand washing to best preserve the fabric’s natural softness and sheen, this quality of silk can also be safely machine washed when needed. If you choose to machine wash, use a delicate cycle with cold water and a gentle detergent.

To maintain the fabric’s quality over time, always hang dry away from direct sunlight.

Silk is a natural fiber made by silkworms, known for its softness, breathability, and temperature-regulating properties. It is a premium material that feels smooth and luxurious against the skin. Our silk is organic; the silkworms are fed an exclusive diet of organic mulberry leaves, a pesticide-free farming process that avoids harming the environment. Because it is a pure protein fiber, organic silk is naturally biodegradable at the end of its life, safely decomposing and composting back into the earth.

Satin refers to a weave typically made from synthetic materials like polyester (a plastic made from petroleum). While satin has a smooth, shiny surface, it does not offer the same natural benefits as silk and is made from plastic that can shed microplastics into the skin and our waterways. Furthermore, polyester manufacturing is incredibly harsh on the environment, relying heavily on non-renewable fossil fuels. Unlike organic silk, synthetic polyester is completely non-biodegradable and sits in landfills for hundreds of years without ever decomposing.
