Cancellations

All pre-orders and in-stock items are eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided your package has not already shipped.

To request a cancellation, please email operations@evevior.com with your order number and "Cancel Order" in the subject line.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee it will be processed in time.
If your order has already entered processing or shipped, it cannot be canceled. We are unable to cancel orders after 24 hours., thank you for understanding.
