Return to Sender

A package returned to us for an incorrect address, refused delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts is not eligible for a refund.

We will hold your order for 7 days and email you to arrange next steps. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, the order is forfeited and no refund will be issued.

Shipping is complimentary to you, but each delivery costs us to send. If you would like your order reshipped, the following are payable before we send it again:

– The original shipping cost of $15 CAD, which we covered on your first delivery
– Return shipping costs
– Any import fees charged on the returned shipment

Manufacturing Issues or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or you received the wrong product, please contact us (support@evevior.com) within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a full refund or replacement.
