If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, delivery refusal, or multiple failed delivery attempts, we’re unable to offer refunds.

Your order will be held for 7 days, and we’ll reach out via email to coordinate next steps. If we don’t hear back within this timeframe, a store credit will be issued (excluding the original shipping cost).

If you’d like your order reshipped, a new shipping fee will apply.

For any returned or refused shipments, customers are responsible for:
– Original shipping charges
– Any applicable import fees
– Return shipping costs

Manufacturing Issues or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a full refund or replacement.

Lost or Damaged Packages

You can add Route Shipping Protection at checkout (2% of your order total), which covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Orders placed without Route protection are not covered by Evevior for loss or damage in transit.
